Is a consultation mandatory?

Yes, a consultation is mandatory for any new clients. The consultation allows us to fully evaluate your credit file and determine a fee.

You are entitled to a 40% refund if:

  • ï‚· We did not remove any negative items worked on within 90 days (3 consecutive months) from the

time you signed up.

  • ï‚· You have not obtained any new negative items (late payments, hard inquires, collections,

bankruptcies, etc.) since you’ve signed up.

  • ï‚· You have not used a credit counseling agency and/or made any attempts to repair your own

credit one year prior to signing up for my program.

  • ï‚· You signed up for self and a secured card to add positive lines of credits.

All of the above must apply.

How long before I see results?

I would love to give you a timeframe but in the credit repair industry there is no definite answer. I pride myself on being honest with my clients and I hate to give false expectations. What I can tell you is I begin your dispute process as soon as you sign up and make your first payment. I can also tell you I dispute aggressively, every 30 days to be exact. I would suggest you to be patient at least the first 30-90 days.

What do you recommend to view my credit file?

I would recommend Identity IQ. Although it does have a cost of $27.99 a month I find it the most accurate during the dispute process. After the first 90 days is complete I would recommend trying Experian(paid subscription), Annual Credit Report.com, or Privacy Guard.

Do you travel?

Yes, I travel but there is an additional fee based off of location.

Where are you located?

I currently work remote but I intend on getting a location in the Broward County area soon.
